On Monday, May 18th, Pope Francis will meet with members of the Italian Episcopal Conference for the opening of the general assembly of Italian bishops. The Pope will hold his general audience open to the public on Wednesday, and thousands of pilgrims are expected in St. Peter's Square. There will be a press conference in the Holy See Press room on Thursday May 21st to discuss an upcoming women's conference. It is being organized by the ;Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, the World Union of Catholic Women's Organizations and the International Alliance of Women's Life and Family. The conference will take place from May 22nd to May 24th. On Saturday, the Pope will head to Paul VI Hall to meet with the Christian Association of Italian Workers (ACLI). More than 7,000 people will attend the meeting, which marks 70 years since the group's founding. On Sunday, Pope Francis will celebrate Pentecost with Mass at St. Peter's Basilica. ; Then, at noon, he will pray the Regina Coeli from the window of the Apostolic Palace, overlooking St. Peter's Square.
