On Sunday May 6, Pope Francis will visit the parish of the Blessed Sacrament in Rome at four in the afternoon. While there, the pope will also inaugurate a new family house for people with disabilities. The home was built in the attic and originally used as a warehouse. The project was supported by the Vicariate of Rome.

The president of Caritas Internationalis, Cardinal Luis Tagle will be present, along with Archbishop Angelo De Donatis, the General Vicar of Rome; and Cardinal Josè Gregorio Rosa Chavez.

Arriving at the parish, Pope Francis will answer questions by four attendees: a parent, a young person, a teenager and a child before visiting the areas designated to help those in need.

He will then go bless the House of Joy and meet with seven young people who will live there with two sisters and a lay woman.

Going back to the parish, he will hear the confessions of three people. Mass will begin at 5:30 and he will give the sacrament of confirmation to a girl with mitochondrial disease and her mother.
