For the month of September, Pope Francis has asked for prayers for young people in Africa and their futures.
The Holy Father says, “They should be able to choose between letting themselves be overcome by difficulty or transforming the difficulty into an opportunity.”
The pope says the only way to make this possible is by investing in young people's education, and he asks that everyone pray that youth on the continent find access to education and work in their own countries.
