Pope Francis resumes Mass on Monday mornings at Casa Santa Marta

This was Pope Francis' last public Mass in Santa Marta before the summer break, when he continued to celebrate Mass in private.

June 11, 2019
In our spiritual life, we always run the risk of slipping up on the question of payment. FLASH 'Lord, if you do this for me, I will give you this.'

As of Monday, the pope resumes his morning Masses in his residence. It is a small chapel that fits few people, but for many, this is an opportunity to be very close to the pontiff.

In these celebrations, the pope gives a homily in which he lets his inner thoughts and reflections be known. These reflections seem to be improvised, but in reality, he has been meditating on these thoughts for a long time.
