Spider-Man visits the Pope at the Vatican

Among the hundreds of pilgrims in attendance at the Pope's General Audience, many were surprised to see New York's very own Spider-Man.

The famous superhero personally met the Pope, and gave him his mask as a gift.

-"There are also many children here who would like to say hello to you".
-"Thank you Holy Father".
-"Go say hi to the kids afterwards..."

Spider-Man's real name is Mattia. He has visited thousands of children in hospitals throughout Italy. During lockdown he made 1,400 video calls to sick children.
