Pope Francis asks Christians to get out of their comfort zone and evangelize. He emphasized that this is a mission that everyone is called to during his message for the 2024 World Mission Day, which will be celebrated in the Vatican in October.
The Pope says evangelization is not a burden but an invitation and encouraged all not to lose hope in new vocations, as he has pointed out in public meetings in the past.

So many young people today have a certain restlessness and do not know what to do with that restlessness. Look at St. Francis Xavier. Look at the horizon of the world. Look at the people who are in so much need. Look at so many people who suffer. So many people who need to know Jesus, and go, have courage.
In his message, Pope Francis expressed his gratitude for the work done by so many missionaries throughout the world.
