The encounter with indigenous populations was undoubtedly one of the most important. Pope Francis reminded them they were on no one's territory and explained to them that they are very important in society. 

The pope also made a special connection, as always, with the youth. He joked with them, reminded them of the importance of listening to their grandparents and provided many tender moments.
