They are afraid, afraid to die alone. They see this pandemic as something aggressive toward them. They are our roots, our history. They have given us the faith, tradition, a sense of belonging to a homeland.
The elderly have been the most hard-hit by the coronavirus pandemic, especially those with pre-existing conditions that were exacerbated by the virus.
