Pope Francis: No people is criminal and no religion is terrorist

February 17, 2017. Pope Francis has sent an important message to the Meetings of Popular Movements that is taking place in Modesto (California). The pope denounces the "moral blindness of this indifference”: "under the guise of what is politically correct or ideologically fashionable, one looks at those who suffer without touching them. But they are televised live; they are talked about in euphemisms and with apparent tolerance, but nothing is done systematically to heal the social wounds or to confront the structures that leave so many brothers and sisters by the wayside”.

Touching Christmas album released by boys choir from the United States

2014-12-19

This almost angelic sound is the fruit from many hours of work.

ST PAUL'S CHOIR
"If a song is really hard, just to always try to sing that song or learn it. And most of the time we do learn it and we get really good at it.”

They are the boys choir from St. Paul's Choir School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. They are the only Catholic boy's choir in the United States and they just recorded their first album entitled "Christmas in Harvard Square”.

There are quite a few great experts in the field of music at this school. For 50 years, they have taught the beauty of this art from generation to generation.

JOHN ROBINSON
Director, St. Paul's Choir School
"I would say that there is an intersection of truth and beauty certainly in what we do as a choir in St. Paul's. And I think that has profound ramifications on the way we make music because music is something which is obviously temporal and yet striving for effects which are out of time."

With Christmas just around the corner, there is nothing better than hearing St. Paul's Boys Choir preparing for it with the sound of traditional carols.
