June 18, 2014. Pope Francis accepted the resignation of Msgr. Michael ;Mouïsse, and named Msgr. ;Philippe Mousset as the new bishop of ;Perigueux (France). He also accepted the resignation of Msgr. Miguel Ángel Aguilar Miranda, and appointed Msgr. ;Segundo Rene Coba Galarza ;as the new bishop of the Military Ordinariate of Ecuador. The Pope also named Msgr. Luis Gabriel Ramírez Díaz as the new bishop of El Banco (Colombia).
