Pope Francis offered his daily Mass for those who have died in solitude during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today we pray for the deceased who have died because of the pandemic. They have died alone, without the caresses of their loved ones. So many did not even have a funeral. May the Lord welcome them into His glory.
The total number of reported deaths related to COVID-19 exceeds 250,000. Countries like Italy, Spain and Germany, which are showing diminished death rates, have begun to gradually return to normalcy.
