Catholic musicians from around the globe will take to the virtual stage on May 30, the eve of Pentecost, to spread a message of faith and hope during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The concert is called “Unidos por el Espíritu,” “United by the Spirit.”

Organizer, “Unidos por el Espíritu”
“We want to transmit a message of faith, a message of hope, that we are not alone. We want to say that God the Father, the God of Mercy, is with us in every moment. We chose to schedule it for Pentecost because that's when Jesus left us the Holy Spirit. He left us the consoling Spirit, which is the Spirit that awakens us to the faith. So, what we want to do that day is awaken faith, hope and charity in every person who watches this concert.”

The concert will gather over 20 international Catholic artists representing 14 countries, predominantly from Latin America.

They'll be directed by Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Quique López.”

On May 30, the “Unidos por el Espíritu” concert will be broadcast simultaneously in over 10 countries. It's presented by Teleoro-Canal 13, the Catholic TV station of the Archdiocese of San Juan in Puerto Rico.

The concert will begin at 7 p.m., Puerto Rico time.
