This group traveled from Latin America to Europe. Rome was one of their top destinations, but attending the Pope's General Audience wasn't originally on their itinerary.

CARLOS TRIBIN
“For us, one of the most important moments in Europe was to be at the papal audience. We urged our group to attend because it was very important to us.”

ROBERTO YEPES
“It was awesome. Being a few feet away from the Holy Father was really a great spiritual experience that filled us with hope.”

For them, the highlight of the audience was the Pope's message to Latin Americans.

CARLOS TRIBIN
“Our Latin America is seeing many cases in which people are migrating from one nation to another. So it's really a message of solidarity, affection and generosity for people who welcome migrants.”

They say it was a gratifying experience they recommend to everyone. And they hope it won't be their last visit to the Vatican.
