Pope goes to Panama on Wednesday for WYD

This upcoming Wednesday Pope Francis will embark on yet another trip. He'll be heading to Panama to celebrate his third World Youth Day as a pope with around 200,000 young people.

His time will be marked by massive Masses, visits with politicians, such as the president of Panama, a visit to a juvenile prison and a meeting with the organizers of the event.

There will also be many events for participants, such as 33 venues containing dance performances, art, concerts and theaters. Nearly 200 performers are coming from around the world to showcase their talent with a Catholic spin.

The pope will spend nearly five days participating in activities before he returns to Rome on Monday morning. It will be his 26th trip in his nearly six-year pontificate.
